Product Management Conferences 2025

In 2025 I want to make serious investments towards learning new things and do more networking. I will focus solely on Product Management this year, but I have a love/ hate relationship with conferences. I don’t want to travel too often nor too far, so sometimes online options are great. After networking at conferences I always feel super energized, so being at in person events can be great. Lastly, I don’t mind paying for quality, but price is of course a factor in my decision making.

In this blog, I’ve compiled a list of exciting product management conferences for 2025, including their locations, ticket prices, online options, and why I have them on my list for 2025. I’ve ordered them on date. I want to make a combination of online events, events in The Netherlands and maybe 1 or 2 foreign trips. Lastly, I also hope to speak at some conferences this year, like I did at ProductCamp last year.

ProductCon London

  • Location: London, UK
  • When: February 19th 2025
  • Ticket Prices: Starting at €850 for early bird tickets and cheaper group tickets. Online tickets are fee.
  • Online Option: Yes
  • Why It’s Interesting:
  • Am I attending? I would like too, but I’m not sure who’s speaking. Hence, I won’t go for the on site option. Depending on the topics I will follow sessions online.

Mind the Product (mtpcon) London

  • Location: London, UK
  • When: 10 (workshop) / 11 March (conference), 2025,
  • Ticket Prices: Starting at €1145 for the conference only and a (bit expensive) €300 for an online keynote speaker only ticket.
  • Online Option: Yes
  • Why It’s Interesting: Mind the Product is one of the largest and most reputable product management conferences in the world. This year’s advertised speaker is the knowledgeable and incredibly hilarious/sharp Leah Tharin. I would enjoy seeing her speak on stage once and London is not too far.
  • Am I attending? Not sure, it’s quite an expensive one. Perhaps I will do the online keynote speaker ticket.

Product World

  • Location: Opatija, Croatia
  • When: May 8-9, 2025
  • Ticket Prices: €795 for 2 participants and nice group discounts
  • Online Option: I don’t think so
  • Why It’s Interesting: To be honest, I don’t know any of the speakers, but I would like to visit Opatija one day. My parents in law were there last year. Perhaps a bit of a long shot, but I haven’t said no yet (I know, that’s not a good quality as a PM). Who knows, it might be combined with a bit of free time and my family.

Product-Led Summit Amsterdam, Product Operations Summit or CPO Summit

  • Location: Amsterdam Okura Hotel, Netherlands
  • When: May 14/15, 2025
  • Ticket Prices: From €995 for teams to €1295 for individuals
  • Online Option: I have not found one yet.
  • Why It’s Interesting: If you’re focusing on building products that drive growth, this summit is for you. Product-Led Summit gathers experts who specialize in scaling products through customer-centric strategies. I haven’t heard about them before, but Product Led is hot, it’s not too far away and I like the list of speakers/companies. I do think it’s a bit expensive.
  • Am I attending? To be determined.
  • Extra note: all conferences are at the same location, but the Product Ops summit is only one day. I guess you have to choose (?). CPO Summit is exclusive.

Product at Heart

  • Location: Hamburg, Germany
  • When: June 25-27, 2025
  • Ticket Prices: Conference €699, Workshop €799 and Leadership Event €599
  • Online Option: Don’t think so.
  • Why It’s Interesting: Elena Verna & Marty Cagan are two good reasons for joining! Also you could make it a one day trip or even a three day trip to Hamburg.
  • Am I attending? To be determined.

ProductCon Online by Product School

  • Location: Online
  • When: 6th August 2025, starting at 6PM CET
  • Ticket Prices: Free
  • Online Option: Yes
  • Why It’s Interesting: It’s free, it’s online, it’s after work hours, they have decent speakers and it’s only one day. No excuses left not to attend.
  • Am I attending? Yes, 99% sure, I got my ticket already.

ProductOwner.nl Conference

    • Location: Rotterdam Ahoy, Netherlands
    • When: 2nd October
    • Ticket Prices: 131,89 for a regular ticket and 320,56 for a VIP pass
    • Online Option: No
    • Why It’s Interesting: In my hometown Rotterdam and the one and only big product conference in The Netherlands. Great for Dutchies and networking. I’ve attended the last couple of years and I will be there again next year.
  • Am I attending? Yes, 99% sure.

Just Product

  • Location: Berlin, Germany
  • When: 11th October 2025
  • Ticket Prices: Online is free! On site tickets are €296,31
  • Online Option: Yes, virtual attendance available
  • Why It’s Interesting: Nice city, easy to reach by train and it features Bob Moesta and David Pereira. Online tickets are free and on site tickets are not crazy expensive. Also, did I mention Germany in October equals Octoberfests?
  • Am I attending? Yes, very likely online, perhaps on site.

ProductCamp Amsterdam

  • Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
  • When: TBD
  • Ticket Prices: Between 100-300 euro I believe. They are a foundation and make no profit.
  • Online Option: No
  • Why It’s Interesting: ProductCamp is a peer-to-peer unconference where product professionals come together to learn and share knowledge. Having had the chance to speak on the same stage as Marty Cagan, I can confirm that the level of product knowledge here is incredibly high, thanks to the diverse and international mix of attendees
  • Am I attending? Very likely.

Why these Product Management conferences matter

Attending conferences can be a game changer in your product management journey. Whether it’s learning new strategies for product-led growth at the Product-Led Summit, gaining deep insights into product leadership from Marty Cagan at Product at Heart, or expanding your network at ProductOwner NL, there’s no shortage of opportunities to learn from the best. To me personally, attending conferences is a positive sign for future hires that take their careers seriously. No Product Managers benefits from being stuck in his or her own train of thoughts.

So, mark your calendars, grab your tickets, and get ready for an unforgettable 2025 conference season!
